For the last day this semester of broadcasting, the ladue view crew decided to venture into unknown waters. Live taping the monthly ladue view show! We had the entire class participating and fully attentive. I was directing, meaning that I told people what to do when. It was a job that needed precision and a good understanding of commands and leadership. The crew was great! Reis was on tech directing and he was flawless with directions as well as Erin working the AJA on time. The main thing that brought this production to the next level is our anchors, Jane and Nadia. They were well prepared and rehearsed. They took control and were mistake FREE!! At the end of the day, we shot twice, despite 2 black frames, perfectly! I am very proud to be in a program that has the technology for a more professional setting. It was the perfect way to end the year!
